As a learner, before you start using this site, there are a few things that you must have installed or set up on your computer.
These are:
- an e-mail account (to register on this and other sites we link to)
- PDF reader (to view training documents)
- Flash player (to watch training videos)
We also strongly advise that you have anti-virus software installed on your computer.
