Train to become an Advanced Learning Coach within the LSIS Professional Training Programme (PTP)

The Advanced Learning Coach Professional Training Programme establishes a powerful peer coaching ethos at a variety of levels within the organisation which is directly linked to improvement in teaching and learning. This has real and valuable benefits for the learners who are at the heart of the process. The Advanced Learning Coaches have an important role in this through developing innovative and exciting in-house delivery of the SLC programme within the organisation concerned. Through this, a whole organisation approach can be developed that leads to continual improvement of teaching and learning which can be sustained within the sector.
