Review of Informal Adult and Community Learning
BIS has been running a review and policy roundtable meetings to:
- consider how the BIS £210m Adult Safeguarded Learning budget can support IACL in line with the Government’s vision in Skills for Sustainable Growth (November, 2010)
- consider how BIS-funded IACL links to other learning in the wider learning continuum
- look more broadly at how to create the conditions that will promote and support both BIS funded IACL and wider IACL.
