SURREY LIFELONG LEARNING PARTNERSHIP SUMMER NEWS
Annual Partner Survey 2010
As one academic year ends and a new year begins, it is timely to invite partner organisations to have their say on how Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership has supported learning in Surrey over the past 12 months. We would be very grateful if partner organisations could take a few minutes to answer 10 short questions about the Partnership to help us shape our work over the coming year. If you would like to have your say, please visit http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YMLVWKF
Transform IT Project Report
To mark the successful conclusion of the Partnership’s countywide ‘Transform IT’ project (which was funded by BIS as part of the ‘Learning Revolution’) we have published a report to share the good practice and lessons learned through this initiative. Hard copies are available, or you can download the report from our publications zone: http://www.surreyllp.org.uk/resources/publications/publications
Laptop Loan Scheme
From September 2010 the Partnership will be trialling a ‘Laptop Loan Scheme’, making sets of laptop computers available for adult learning providers and voluntary and community groups undertaking informal adult learning. Full sets of computers (PC and Mac) and assorted peripherals including digital cameras, Flip video cameras and data projectors are available at very low rates to help promote and develop more learning opportunities for adults in Surrey. To express an interest and find out more about the laptop loan scheme, available equipment and rates please email landrews@surreyllp.org.uk
