Independent Fees and Co-Funding Review - July 2010

Further Education minister John Hayes this month welcomed the publication of an independent report on the co-investment system in Further Education. The final report of an Independent Review of Fees and Co-funding in Further Education in England was published during July 2010. The report contains recommendations for a series of simple but powerful shifts in funding of education for adults in this country.

The Review was undertaken by Christopher N Banks CBE, with representatives of employers, adult learners, colleges, training providers and others with an interest in adult education.
