Community Learning Partnerships

In 1999 Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership established Community Learning Partnerships (CLPs) throughout the county. Their aim is to promote local collaboration and provide vital information on local learning needs, as well as to deliver innovative solutions to local learning issues. The role of Community Learning Partnerships has since been developed to include maximising the contribution that learning makes to local regeneration.
