Steering Group

The Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership Steering Group monitor progress against the company's operational plan.  The steering group is undergoing a change in co-ordination due to the restructuring of partnerships and groups under the Action for Communities 'Laying the Foundations' project.  Details of our new governance structures will be posted here shortly. 

   
Company Board

The Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership is a company limited by guarantee.  Its Board will comprise the Chief Executive and two others elected by the Steering Group.  The Board will meet formally as required before or after a Steering Group meeting.  It will be responsible for the appointment of the auditors, the agreement of the annual accounts, ensuring appropriate financial controls are exercised and acting as the remuneration committee.  Current membership:
